FAMILY LIFE

• Stephen and his wife Ami have been married for 20 years. They have 7 children, including a senior in high school, stair-stepped in ages down to 4yr-old twins. Ami is a Cleveland native, and Stephen has lived in Bradley County for 27 years attending Bradley Junior High School, Cleveland High School, Cleveland State Community College, and Lee University. 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Stephen served on the ministerial staff of First Baptist Cleveland from 2004-2025. He served under Co-Pastors, Allan Lockerman and Jim Gibson, and later served with Jeff Lovingood and Jordan Easley. Stephen was involved in the church relocation from downtown Cleveland to Stuart Road in 2010. He began the Media Ministry that included National and International Television broadcasting as well as producing numerous special events, interviews, and services notably during the 2020 pandemic connecting thousands of local christians during social isolation. He led a talented team of full-time staff and volunteers responsible for creative, live production, information technology, broadcast and communications. Stephen was intricately involved in three multi-million dollar construction and renovation projects.
• In partnership with local businessmen, Stephen was a co-owner of WTNB Television, a local Class-A broadcast TV station reaching Bradley, Hamilton, McMinn, Meigs and Rhea county. 
• As of November 2024, Stephen and Ami became the owners of The UPS Store in Cleveland, located in the Farmland Corner plaza at the corner of Stuart Road and Keith Street. They have recently added a second UPS Store on Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
• Stephen teaches Media & Communications at SEDA in Birmingham, Alabama. He is affiliated with the Powered by Text company in Dallas, Texas and is the owner of Local First - a local text message community reaching people within the Bradley County area with key information about community opportunities.
